Orders are placed through the website www.art3-accessoires.com. The ordering process includes the following steps: product selection, adding to cart, cart validation, customer identification, delivery selection, payment method selection, order confirmation, and payment.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros and include all applicable taxes. More than 40 secure payment methods are accepted (credit card, PayPal, digital wallets), provided and secured by our banking partner Stripe. We do not store or have access to your banking information.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of order, within the timeframe indicated on the website. Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise during checkout.

7. Return and Refund Policy

Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition (product packaging, stickers, and tags still attached). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method after the returned product(s) have been received and inspected. Shipping costs (from our warehouse to the customer) will not be refunded.
