At AR-T3, you get to choose your preferred delivery method. But let us share a bit of our experience to help you choose wisely…

📦 Delivery to Pick-Up Point

→ 3 to 5 working days in France – 3 to 10 days in Europe

Your order is delivered to a pick-up point of your choice. You can collect it whenever it suits you, on the day you want, at the time that works best for you. No waiting at home, no stress.

🏠 Home Delivery

→ 2 to 3 working days in France – 2 to 7 days in Europe

Your products are delivered directly to your home. The parcel will be dropped into your mailbox if the courier can access it and if the package size allows. Unfortunately, that’s not always guaranteed…

📏 Oversized Parcel Delivery

→ 3 to 10 working days in France and Europe

For bumpers and other large items, we work with a specialised freight carrier. It’s not as fast as Chronopost or UPS, but much better suited for bulky, heavy-duty items. We prefer reliability over speed.

💡 Our recommendation? Choose pick-up point delivery whenever available!

Why?

Because — without pointing fingers — we’ve had our fair share of issues with La Poste and Chronopost…

But we’ve never had a single complaint with Mondial Relay.

At AR-T3, everything is handmade: from the idea to the design, from prototyping to production, all the way to the careful packaging of your parcel.

But once we hand it over to a courier, things can go wrong — and that hurts.

So if you want peace of mind and less hassle:

go with the pick-up point option.

It’s the most reliable, most convenient delivery method.

🔁 Return Policy

Let’s be honest: we’re not Amazon.

Yes, you have 14 days to return your item, as the law requires.

But here’s the reality behind the scenes:

Preparing and packing one of our products can take up to 30 minutes,

We may spend up to €20 in packaging materials (foam, cardboard, custom padding…),

And the shipping fee you pay only covers part of the real cost.

So if you do need to return a product:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility,

The item must be returned as new,

And with packaging as solid and secure as ours.

This may be because shipping rules are complex to set up: it’s only the automatic calculation of a shipping price that wasn’t possible. However, we can request a quote and arrange delivery for you.
